Weekend Spearfishing Prospects for Port Elizabeth and a Recipe for Musselcracker

Algoa Bay was looking quite nice with a narrow band of murk water squeezed up against the shore this morning. The N-S current must be running near the point and an afternoon dive would certainly produce some nice fish - cracker.
West side I guess is probably cool or cold by now but tomorrow's west should repair that, making a Sunday dive a good option with the light winds and flat sea.

Here are the fish I got last weekend:

Hmmm ! I am now motivated by my own pic.........!

I did a chunk of cracker last night on the fire with the following baste:
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup fruity chutney
3 large cloves of garlic
30 mL Kikkoman Soya sauce
1/2 teasp salt and 50 mL white vinegar

It was very good but as it is more viscous one must be careful not to burn the sugar in the chutney and blacken the surface.
What's more is this sauce was good added to the fish/potatoes/butternut on the plate.
